We have developed two kinds of spiral tube forming machines: the tube mould type and the steel-band type, which can process tubes with diameter form 100mm to 1600mm. It features in less resistance in ventilation, high intensity, good leak-proofness, rapid change of moulds diameters, high efficiency, good stability and unlimited length of tube. It suits in making ventilation tubes in environmental protection projects. Our spiral tube former takes the lead in the peers.

A, The tube mould type spiral duct machine

1.When process spiral tube, each diameter needs corresponding mould.It's easy to change mould and adjust. Then mould is made of steel,more stable,durable than Aluminum mould. The machine can apply roller cutting device according the tube length.

2.When process spiral tube,each diameter needs corresponding mould.It's easy to change mould and adjust.Then mould is made of steel;more stable,durable than aluminum mould.The machine can apply fly round saw cutting device according the tube length.

Note:LXA-100/1200A can process stainless steel materials.

B.The steel band type duct machinery

This type can process spiral bube with different diameters within some limites. It uses steel band instead of tube mould. By suitable adjustment, it can produce perfect tubes. The machine can be equipped with high-speed and automatic cutting device to cut tubes with requiring length.
